Pro Football Group strives to delight its customers with high value products and exceptional customer service. We leave no stone unturned in an endeavor to satisfy our customers but in spite of our best efforts some errors might happen. In case you are not satisfied with a product; receive a faulty product or something you did not order, we will accept the return and replace the order.
We only offer a refund if the product has a major failure. However, we are not liable to accept a return simply if you change your mind. At the same time our store managers may, solely at their discretion, decide to offer an exchange if you are not happy with our product. Customers are requested to return the product in its original new condition with original packaging along with a proof of purchase.

Terms of Return:
- Return requests must be initiated within 28 days of receiving the original order.
- Shipping costs are non refundable and all return shipping costs are the customer's cost.
- Pro Football Group is not responsible for courier delays and do not have any control on delivery dates, so therefore no refunds or returns accepted for these circumstances.
- Goods must be received and inspected by our return team prior to any refunds or exchanges can be processed. Please note that this can take up to 10 business days once the goods are received at our warehouse.
- In the event where an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we will send it back to you and refunds request will be rejected.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method at the price at which you purchased the item.
- It will be the responsibility of the customers to ensure that the returned products reach our warehouse safely. We request the customers to pack the goods properly so that they are not damaged in transit and hold on to the tracking details.
- Pro Football Group do not take responsibility for items returned to us by mistake.
- Products must be returned in the original box or bag that the item arrived in.
Terms of Exchange:
- The exchange request should be initiated within 28 days of receiving the order.
- Customers can exchange their initial order as long as the item is new and unopened. Additionally, the price of the new item must be the same as the price at which you bought the original product or the difference in price will need to be paid prior to the new item being shipped.
- Customers will be charged reshipping fee for the new item to be shipped.
- The replacement order will be shipped to the default delivery address mentioned on your account/ on the original order. If the shipping address is required to be changed then it is the customer's responsibility to contact our support team to advise the new shipping address.
- Customers will be provided a refund in case the new item that they have ordered as an exchange item is out of stock.
